In 2024, the practice entered a new era under the leadership of Dr. Mandeep (Mani) Gupta. Having worked alongside Rob and Ruth Millican for 15 years, Mani is dedicated to preserving the “family feel” our patients love while providing the most advanced clinical care available on the high street.

Mani is more than just an optician; he is a specialist in primary care. In 2025, he was awarded his Doctorate for groundbreaking research into Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD). As an Independent Prescriber, Mani can manage complex eye conditions in-practice that would usually require a hospital visit, saving you time and providing peace of mind.

A pillar of the Millican team since 1999, Kathryn is highly regarded for her meticulous approach to family eyecare. With over 25 years of experience, she provides the stable, trusted hand that our long-standing patients in both Moreton and Prescot have relied upon for decades.
